Return / Exchange Policy:

We cannot provide cash or credit card refunds. All sales are final.

However, we will exchange your item for a different size, style or provide a store credit within 14-days of receipt of your order. You will not be charged for shipping on the first exchange, if you require multiple exchanges the shipping charges will be charged on the credit card used to make your purchase.

International customers will be charged shipping on exchanges.

BY PURCHASING AN ITEM ON OUR WEB SITE YOU ARE EXPLICITLY AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF OUR EXCHANGE POLICY.

Exchange Procedure

Prior to returning your item please fill up the form below or the one you got attached to the packing list of the item(s) we shipped to you with your reason for exchange,  and the item/size you would like to receive in exchange.

Only items that have been purchased from www.skemo.com can be returned using this instructions.  Items purchased in stores cannot be returned to www.skemo.com and must be returned to the store from which the item(s) were purchased.  Store return must follow that store’s return policy.

Items must be returned in a standard brown box, including the actual footwear box inside. Any exchange sent back in the actual footwear box alone, will be charged an additional repackaging fee.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14-DAYS.

ALL RETURNS MUST  BE IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

INVOICE# AND BILLING NAME MUST APPEAR ON THE EXCHANGE FORM.

AUTHORIZED EXCHANGES ARE USUALLY SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HRS OF RECEIPT VIA UPS GROUND. IF THE ITEM YOU REQUEST IS OUT OF STOCK A REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONTACT YOU TO SELECT ANOTHER STYLE/COLOR.
